About this resource
This initiative provides free loans of assistive technology devices designed to enhance the functional capabilities of individuals with disabilities or temporary injuries. The range of available items includes wheelchairs, walkers, Rollators, canes, crutches, ramps, grab bars, Hoyer lifts, adaptive seating, shower chairs, commodes, wander alarms, weighted items, adaptive utensils, laptops, iPads, and technology for individuals who are deaf or blind/low vision. Additionally, we offer learning aids, toys, and games for early intervention, along with pediatric equipment. Free delivery services may also be available.
Fees: There are no charges.
Who can use this
- Eligibility requires residency in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Chemung, Schuyler, or Steuben County.
