About this resource
This service delivers hot, frozen, and bulk meals to individuals who are unable to shop for or prepare their own food, accompanied by an in-home assessment. Participants also receive nutrition education and counseling from a registered dietitian. The initiative is a collaboration with Pro Action of Steuben and Yates.
Fees: There is no charge for this service.
