This program coordinates services and referrals for individuals aged 18 and older with traumatic brain injuries to help them achieve greater independence and productivity.
Intake Procedure: Through the DOH TBI Regional Resource Development Center (RRDC).
Fees: Determined by the Department of Health.

- Adults aged 18-64 with a documented traumatic brain injury.
