Immigrant Services

This agency, acknowledged by the Board of Immigration Appeals, is authorized to process, file, and represent clients in front of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Immigration Court. Immigration attorneys and accredited representatives advocate for clients and collaborate with the Catholic Legal Immigration Network (CLINIC). The agency handles cases such as naturalization (citizenship), legal permanent residency (green card), family petitions, adjustment of status, political asylum, assistance for victims of human trafficking, work authorizations, temporary protected status (TPS), U-Visas for victims of crime, deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA), Legal Orientation for custodians (LOPC in partnership with EOIR), Family Reunification Program, religious visas, VAWA cases for battered spouses, children, and parents, as well as various waivers (1-601, 1-601A, 1-212, 237 (h), etc.).
