Central Islip Family Health Care Center

This program provides free primary care and osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) to individuals aged 18 and older, regardless of their insurance status or financial situation. Services are available to all, irrespective of immigration status, and include general health assessments, sick visits, blood pressure checks, electrocardiograms (EKG), in-house lab tests such as urine tests, throat cultures, and fingerstick blood glucose checks, as well as discounted blood tests (additional fees may apply for outside lab work).
