About this resource
The facility features an eight-bed group home that operates around the clock for adolescent girls and boys aged 12-18 who are diagnosed with serious emotional disturbances. It aims to create a therapeutic living space that encourages the highest level of social and emotional development for the youth. Our objective is to support both the youth and their families in recovery, reunification, and transitioning the youth back into their homes and communities, with an average stay of 12-18 months.

Who can use this
- To qualify, a referral must be obtained through the Suffolk County Single Point of Entry at (631)853-2995, and the youth needs to present a birth certificate and social security card, along with parental consent.
