Hospice House

This service delivers a customized care strategy for terminally ill patients and their families. A collaborative team comprising registered nurses, home health aides, medical social workers, and various therapists, including physical, clinical dieticians, occupational, and speech therapists, is involved. Services include pain management, symptom control, acupuncture, pastoral support, respite care, and bereavement counseling.
