About this resource
This initiative supports residents of Nassau and Suffolk who are living with or affected by HIV/AIDS and may be at risk of falling through the gaps in traditional social support systems. The services provided rely entirely on private donations and may not always be accessible. Common requests include transportation vouchers, appliances, winter coats, clothing vouchers, holiday gifts, and personal care items. Availability can be confirmed by phone.
Intake Procedure: Appointments are necessary.
Fees: There are no fees.
