About this resource
This initiative provides assistance and organization for those dealing with behavioral or emotional issues. Clinical services are available for a duration of 3 to 30 consecutive days and facilitate the transition back to a typical living environment. A referral is necessary. The program is conducted in partnership with SUNY Stony Brook-Department of Psychiatry/Division of Developmental Disabilities.
Intake Procedure: It is preferred that clients reach out for more information.
Fees: Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.
Who can use this
- Participants must be 16 years or older with a primary diagnosis of intellectual and/or developmental disability and must be able to self-preserve, serving the Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
