This program provides affordable rental housing specifically for seniors aged 55 and above. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Available rental units are situated in Hauppauge, South Setauket, Setauket, Deer Park, Smithtown, and Port Jefferson. For current availability, please call.

Who can use this
- To qualify, income must not exceed 80% to 120% of the median income for the Nassau/Suffolk area as set by HUD and adjusted according to household size.
