Suffolk County Department Of Economic Development And Planning

The Division of Real Estate works in conjunction with the Economic Development and Planning Divisions to oversee the acquisition, management, and disposal of all County real estate. It offers real property services to the executive, administrative, and legislative sectors of County government, while also generating revenue and managing expenses related to County-owned properties. Additionally, the Division supports programs for Affordable Housing, Community Development, and the Suffolk County Landbank. It includes several units: Real Property Acquisition and Management, Affordable and Workforce Housing, Auction and Direct Sales, and Request For Qualifications.
