This program offers continuous supervision in a residential environment that resembles a home. Residents receive mental health restorative services, which include medication management, opportunities for socialization, and assistance with symptom management.
Intake Procedure: Clients are encouraged to call the agency for further information.
Fees: The program accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older with a severe and persistent mental illness, who receive SSI/SSD or have another form of income, are eligible. All applicants must fill out a Single Point of Access (SPA) Application.
