About this resource
This program delivers case management, bilingual and minority services, harm reduction education, referrals for housing support, client advocacy, emergency financial aid, and home-delivered meals. It also hosts a support group for individuals living with HIV/AIDS, offers prevention education, and conducts outreach to recruit clients impacted by HIV/AIDS. Additional services include diversity outreach and substance abuse education programs. For more information, please call.
