Aquebogue Site

This initiative provides therapeutic preschool, Universal Pre-Kindergarten (Riverhead School District), and various therapeutic services for children between the ages of 2.5 and 5 years. It focuses on educating children with diagnosed disabilities and developmental delays alongside their typically developing peers. The program includes evaluations and services in special education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, music therapy, vision therapy, counseling, social work, and psychological services. Parental consent for evaluation is necessary through the child's school district of residence. For infants and toddlers from birth to 3 years, in-home evaluations are conducted. If deemed eligible, services are delivered in natural settings (home, community, or daycare) through the Early Intervention Program, as authorized by the Suffolk County Division of Services for Children with Special Needs.
