This program offers 24-hour group home environments and independent transitional housing for adults diagnosed with mental illness. Staff members assist residents by providing support and guidance in daily living skills as well as helping them access community resources.

Fees: SSA, DSS, or private pay/Restorative Services and Program Fees
Who can use this
- Adults residing in Suffolk County with psychiatric and functional disabilities who can live independently with support services, specifically those with Serious Mental Illness.
