This program provides a childbirth course for expectant couples, addressing important topics like the stages of labor, various routines and procedures, Lamaze breathing and relaxation methods, the role of the coach during labor, options for pain management, and care for both mother and infant after birth. It includes a tour of the maternity department and offers either five evening classes during the week or a comprehensive eight-hour weekend session.
