About this resource
Homebound meals consist of hot, nutritious food delivered to eligible seniors aged 60 and older residing in Sullivan County, who face challenges in preparing their own meals and have limited support. Referrals for this service can be made by individuals, medical professionals, neighbors, or friends. Additionally, participants may receive help with other necessary services following a comprehensive assessment by an OFA Aging Services Specialist.
