Groton Housing Authority

The program features 60 one-bedroom units, with six designed for wheelchair access, catering to income-eligible seniors aged 62 and over, as well as individuals with disabilities of any age, adhering to USDA/Rural Housing income guidelines. Rent covers heat, electricity, water/sewer, and garbage collection, amounting to 30% of the adjusted gross income. Additional amenities include an on-site beauty salon and recreational services.

Intake can be conducted through walk-ins, phone calls, or mail.

Fees consist of rent at 30% of adjusted income, capped at $539.00, which includes all utilities, alongside a security deposit and a $100 pet security deposit.
