About this resource
The Northside Apartments feature 1-4 bedroom units, Southview Gardens offers 2, 3, and 5 bedroom options, while Overlook Terrace has 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. All these residences are owned by Ithaca NOS, LP and are managed by the Ithaca Housing Authority. They are subsidized through a Project Based Voucher and are available to individuals whose income is at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Intake Procedure: The application process includes background checks and references from previous landlords.
