About this resource
This housing program accommodates 105 senior citizens aged 62 and older with low to moderate incomes. The facility allows pets and provides dining services, an apartment for overnight guests, a variety of activities, and a service coordinator. Priority is given to qualifying Veterans and surviving spouses of Veterans residing in New York State.
Intake Procedure: A completed application is required for submission.
Fees: There is a minimum monthly rent.
