Early Intervention offers evaluations and therapeutic services for children aged birth to three who have developmental delays or disabilities. Services include evaluations in speech, physical, occupational therapy, hearing, vision, counseling, and more. The program also assists families of Children and Youth With Special Health Care Needs in locating and accessing suitable community programs, healthcare professionals, and insurance coverage, as well as providing advocacy support.

Intake Procedure: All programs require a referral to the Children with Special Care Needs Division.

Fees: Early Intervention services are covered by insurance and Medicaid, ensuring that no one is denied services; eligibility is determined by the child's needs rather than family income.
