About this resource
Self Direction services include Fiscal Intermediary, startup, and support brokers who help the Circle of Support in overseeing an individual's budget for staffing, services, and support. Additionally, housing subsidies are offered independently of self-direction to help individuals secure and maintain permanent housing within the community. Support services for landlords and tenants are also available.
Intake Procedure: A referral from a Care Manager to the Fiscal Intermediary is required.
