Who can use this
- Eligible individuals must be at least 18 years old and have a mental illness, demonstrating a need for supervision due to clinical assessment, a history of treatment non-compliance resulting in two hospitalizations in the last three years, or any acts of violence or serious threats within the last four years; participation can be voluntary or court-mandated.
