Who can use this
- Applicants must have a confirmed diagnosis of blood cancer, an income not exceeding 500% of the Federal Poverty Level, and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. For the Co-Pay Assistance Program, having medical and/or prescription insurance is also required.
