About this resource
This initiative provides workshops centered around employment, immigration, education, and parenting specifically designed for non-English speaking immigrants. The New Americans Resource Center has been established at the White Plains and New Rochelle public libraries to create opportunities for adult immigrants to acquire skills that enable them to engage actively in their communities.
