This program provides assistance to individuals holding a Section 8 certificate or those who have advanced through SFC's care system, guiding them in selecting an apartment, facilitating lease agreements, and fostering their independence within the community. Participants receive weekly in-home and phone support tailored to their choices and specific needs, along with monthly support groups and social or recreational activities.
