Westchester Disabled On The Move

In partnership with the New York State Community Service Society, this initiative provides support to individuals who are part of New York State Medicaid managed care plans and those utilizing long-term care services. It addresses inquiries about Medicare and Medicaid programs for long-term care recipients, offers assistance in resolving issues with plans and providers, and helps individuals file complaints or appeal healthcare decisions. The Medicaided Facilitated Enrollment Program is also available for seniors, the blind, and disabled individuals to aid in enrolling and accessing insurance programs, including Medicaid, long-term care for homecare, Medicaid recertification, and the Medicare Savings Program.
