About this resource
This initiative provides nutritious, hot meals served in a communal setting, as well as home-delivered meals for those who qualify. Registered dietitians offer nutrition education and counseling at meal sites and for clients receiving home-delivered meals.
Intake Procedure: It is advisable to call ahead to reserve a spot, although it is not mandatory. Meal schedules differ by location: Montour Falls at Silver Spoon Cafe from Monday to Friday, 11 am to 1 pm; Hector at First Presbyterian Church from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm; Monterey at Monterey Fire Hall on Tuesdays from 11 am to 1 pm; and Tyrone at Tyrone Methodist Church on Wednesdays from 11 am to 1 pm.
Fees: A suggested donation of $3 per participant is requested, while guests aged 60 or younger are charged $6.

- Older adults who are homebound and individuals with disabilities living in Schuyler County.
