Who can use this

  • To qualify for WIC, applicants must: -Reside in Oregon (US citizenship is not a requirement) -Be a pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding woman, or an infant or child under 5 years old. Fathers, foster parents, and other guardians can apply for eligible children. -Have a household income that is below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Those receiving OHP, SNAP, or TANF are automatically considered income-eligible. -Demonstrate a nutritional risk (evaluated during the appointment).

  • Proof of ID for parent/guardian and child, proof of address, and proof of income
