About this resource
The offered services consist of routine physical examinations and sports physicals, treatment for both illness and injury, vision and hearing assessments, dental evaluations, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, routine laboratory tests, prescription medication management, along with education and promotion of health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP, certain private insurance plans, and offers sliding scale fees. No student will be refused service due to inability to pay.

- All students in K-12 education.
