About this resource

This program provides in-home assistance to eligible older adults residing in their own homes. The services offered encompass housekeeping, personal care, laundry, shopping, and meal preparation. Additionally, case management is available to aid seniors in making informed and economical choices regarding their care requirements. The number of service hours per individual can differ based on assessed needs and local funding, typically ranging from 5 to 20 hours monthly. Situations where Oregon Project Independence may be suitable include: when someone needs personal and home care due to illness or injury, or when they are recovering at home after a hospital stay.

Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call or check the website for further details; note that some services might have a waitlist.
