This program provides support for rental deposits and one-time rent payments, necessitating an eviction notice or evidence of homelessness.
Intake Procedure: To get started, go to the website and complete a Rental Assistance Inquiry Form. For urgent needs or further details, a phone call is recommended. In-person appointments are mandatory for the intake process.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Individuals with low income who are at risk of homelessness or currently experiencing homelessness.
Documents you may need
- Name, date of birth, and Social Security number for all household members ID for all household members age 18 and over Signed Social Security card for all household members age 18 and over Proof of income for the last 30 days for all household members age 18 and over Copy of eviction notice, if applicable Copy of rental agreement, if applicable Third-party homeless certification, if applicable
