About this resource
Offers quick identification, assistance, evaluation, and treatment for adolescents and young adults showing initial symptoms of psychosis. Services encompass education on psychosis, medication management, individual and group therapy, multi-family sessions, occupational therapy, family support and education, vocational training, life-skills coaching, round-the-clock crisis services, and links to community resources.
Intake Process: Contact the main or reception number for intake or visit the website.
Location: Accessible via Exit 304 off I-84.
Costs: Accepts OHP and private insurance. Sliding scale fees are available for those without insurance. No individual will be refused access to outpatient mental health or addiction services due to financial constraints.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 12-27 who have experienced their first episode of psychosis in the past year or show early signs of risk for psychosis, along with their families.
