This service looks into reports of abuse that may involve physical injury, financial exploitation, emotional or verbal mistreatment, forced isolation, wrongful restraint, unwanted sexual advances, caregiver abandonment, neglect in providing essential care, or self-neglect when individuals cannot adequately care for themselves due to cognitive impairments.
Intake Procedure: You can report or inquire by calling.
Travel/Location: The office is situated at the rear of the building, with parking available in the back.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.

- Individuals aged 65 and older, or those aged 18 and older with physical or developmental disabilities or mental health issues.
