This program offers breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of providers, aiming to alleviate the cancer burden via early detection, risk assessments, education, and connections to medical care.

Fees: No costs involved.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services -Residents or those planning to reside in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level -Must be uninsured or underinsured Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
