About this resource
This initiative provides private case management services for those living with HIV and AIDS. It offers financial support for HIV medications, transportation to medical appointments, transitional housing, and rent assistance, along with education on disease management and referrals to essential resources such as medical and dental care, employment support, and substance abuse treatment.

Travel/Location: Situated at the Benton County Sunset Building.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
