About this resource
This initiative delivers private case management services to those living with HIV and AIDS. It offers financial aid for HIV medications, transportation to medical appointments, transitional housing, and rent assistance, as well as education on disease management and referrals to essential resources, including medical and dental care, employment services, and substance abuse treatment.

Travel/Location: Situated at the Benton County Sunset Building.
