This program provides affordable homes constructed by Habitat for individuals who are unable to obtain a standard mortgage, with a focus on supporting homeowners during the building phase and offering essential education on homeownership and finances.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call for details. Participation requires attending a program orientation and completing an application. The entire process, from application submission to moving in, can take as long as 18 months, with only one slot available each year.

Who can use this
- To qualify, applicants must demonstrate a need for housing, have the ability to pay a monthly mortgage, possess an income between 35%-80% of the county's median income based on family size, and show a willingness to collaborate. Residency or employment in Benton County is required.
