The services provided include standard physical exams, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, screenings for vision and hearing, dental check-ups, blood pressure assessments, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, routine laboratory tests, prescription medication management, as well as education and promotion regarding health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Appointments can be made via phone.
Travel/Location: The facility is situated on the Lincoln Elementary School campus.
Fees: The service accepts OHP, certain private insurance plans, and offers sliding scale fees. No student will be denied access due to financial constraints.
