About this resource
The program delivers dental care through the efforts of volunteer dentists, hygienists, and dental assistant students from Linn-Benton Community College (LBCC). The services provided encompass general examinations, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, and extractions, while excluding crowns, root canals, bridges, dentures, oral surgeries, and emergency treatments.
Intake Procedure: -Submit a completed dental application (available for download online or at the Community Outreach Inc office located at 865 NW Reiman Ave or LBCC) -The submitted materials will be assessed to confirm eligibility for the program -After all required documentation is received, the applicant will be contacted to arrange an appointment. Due to limited capacity and clinic availability, the wait time for an appointment may vary from several weeks to months.
Travel/Location: A bus stop is approximately 900 feet from the shelter/clinic. To reach the shelter/clinic, take 9th Street to NW Reiman Avenue, where it is located at the end of the avenue.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
Who can use this
- Residents of Linn and Benton counties who are uninsured or underinsured and are 18 years or older.
