This program offers support for utility bills, including electricity, natural gas, propane, and heating oil, via the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Generally, households are limited to receiving assistance once each program year, though exceptions may apply, particularly for NW Natural Gas aid.

Intake Process: Check the website for the availability of applications for download or in-person pickup at local offices. Applications can be submitted at any time. Priority is given to senior citizens and disabled households during October and November. If facing disconnection, contact the Help Desk for assistance.
