The drop-in center serves as a welcoming place for individuals to connect, enjoy coffee and snacks, receive mail, charge their phones, and access employment support. It provides information from local health and social organizations and offers counseling services. Additionally, the center assists with obtaining clothing, shoes, personal hygiene products, and covering medical and dental expenses. Transportation assistance is also available. Navigation services include help with SNAP applications, acquiring or replacing essential documents like driver's licenses and birth certificates, connecting with health providers, managing housing assistance waitlists, and obtaining a GED.
