About this resource

The initiative provides street outreach and personalized case management for young individuals aged 10-24. It supplies support, resources, referrals, and essential items. Participants can engage in case management and goal-setting to identify and pursue their future aspirations. Additionally, family mediation services are offered to assist families in resolving specific conflicts. Financial assistance and referrals are available for youth who require laundry services, interview attire, or essential documents such as a birth certificate, Social Security card, ID, CPR/First Aid certification, or Food Handlers certification.
