About this resource
This program offers monthly food assistance to aid individuals in purchasing food through an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, known as the Oregon Trail Card.
Application Process: To apply, individuals must complete an interview with an ODHS eligibility worker. Applications can be made online, via phone, in person, or through a paper form.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is assessed individually. Individuals and families must: -Reside in Oregon -Have a household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, calculated on a monthly basis before taxes -Be US citizens or eligible non-citizens
Documents you may need
- No documents are required to submit an application, however, people may be asked to provide the following: -Identification -Proof of income -Social Security numbers for everyone in your household who wants benefits -Proof of immigration status for eligible non-citizens
