The services offered encompass routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental check-ups, blood pressure evaluations, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, standard lab tests, prescription medication management, along with education and promotion of health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Appointments can be made via phone.
Travel/Location: The facility is situated on the Monroe Grade School (K-8) campus.
Fees: The service accepts OHP, certain private insurance plans, and provides sliding scale fees. No student will be refused care due to an inability to pay.
Who can use this
