Provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics via a network of healthcare providers, aiming to lessen the cancer burden through early detection, risk assessment, education, and referral to medical treatment.
Intake Process: Call to schedule an appointment.
Location: Situated on the Monroe Grade School (K-8) campus.
Cost: No fees.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician), regardless of gender - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screenings and/or diagnostic services, regardless of gender - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty level - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage.
