About this resource
Strengthening Rural Families provides programs designed to enhance the growth of healthy families via education, community engagement, and family-oriented activities. They focus on parenting education and promoting healthy lifestyles through a variety of classes, workshops, and specialized training, which includes managing the Alsea, Philomath, and Santiam Canyon Preschools.
Intake Procedure: Contact for details or to schedule an appointment.
Fees: Parenting classes are available for 6 weeks at $30 or 10 weeks for either $30 or $45, with payment options offered. For those outside the district, class fees are $74 or $111. Preschool services are provided at no cost, subject to district boundaries. Financial coaching, workshops, and events are also free of charge.
