Provides support for seniors and individuals with disabilities in the application and enrollment processes for Medicaid and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- -To qualify for Medicaid assistance: Individuals must be 65 years or older or adults with disabilities who are receiving disability benefits. -To qualify for SNAP/food stamps: Individuals must be 60 years or older or adults with disabilities receiving disability benefits. -Eligibility for both programs is assessed individually.
