About this resource
This initiative provides trained guide dogs for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Accepted applicants participate in a 14-day training program in a residential school environment. The program also includes orientation and mobility services, as well as youth services.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can apply for services through the website or by calling for further details.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Individuals must be officially recognized as legally blind by an ophthalmologist.
