Who can use this
- -Eligible are low-income households aged 65 and older, as well as adults with disabilities -Annual household adjusted gross income limits: $24,625 for a single-person household, $28,150 for two, $31,675 for three, and $35,150 for four.
Documents you may need
- Proof of age or proof of disability and copy of the most recent IRS form 1040 or 1040EZ for each person in the household
